Rich and I were very excited to see some theater in London.  Deciding on a show was difficult, as there are so many.  However, who could resist a musical featuring 22 of ABBA's greatest hits.  Rich and I went to the theater several times and waited in several lines to finally secure tickets to this popular show which is sold out until June.  

 "Mamma Mia!" uses ABBA songs to tell the story of a young woman who is getting married in Greece and wants to invite her father...who could be one of three men.  It was actually quite cute and very entertaining.

London is the location of Greenwich Mean Time, the point at which all the world measures time.  It is here that we can introduce you to our friends, Debs and Glenn.  They are standing here in front of the clock which shows the official time of the world.

We met Debs and Glenn while trekking in Thailand.  We had a wonderful time with them, and we were excited to visit them in their home country.  Debs and Glenn are Emergency Medical Technicians.  They are very nonchalant and humble about the fact that they race around downtown London in an ambulance and  save lives every day.  We are very impressed, so we made them pose in front of their office on wheels.

Debs and Glenn took us out to the countryside to the County of Kent, where Debs was born.  The green countryside and the quaint towns were scenes right our of postcards.

A friendly Englishman smokes his pipe and smiles for the tourist who asks if she can take his photograph.

Brown and furry Highland cows enjoy a sunny day on the farm.
